The workout for our More Like Jessi fundraiser will be as shown below. We are able to modify for any ability level and are happy to make accommodations requested! Please give us a heads up as you are able if you know you’ll need accommodations. We are also taking signups the day of the event and will filter people into heats as we are able.

In a 3:00 window: 24/20 cal. row or 20/16 cal. bike

(This should take 2:00 out of the 3:00, give or take). Then:

AMRAP 24:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3*

Bodyweight or Med Ball Squats

TRX or Ring Rows

Lateral Box Step-Overs (BW or loaded w/ MB)

Push-Ups

Ball Slams

Work through each movement for the designated # of reps as a “round,” and upon completing the round of 3, as time allows, you’ll go back through ascending reps.

  • *Between each completed round (all movements above done for 21` reps, etc.), you’ll complete one of the following (and can rotate between movements):
  • 3 lengths of sled pushes on the turf
  • 30 seconds of rope slams, bike, or rower
