Yes, pullups.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit, and what made you decide to try it? Do you remember your first WOD, and how did it feel?
My nephew was doing weightlifting and asked me to check it out.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit? (before/after)
More endurance and weight loss

Doing Murph and getting thru 3/4 of it, and running a 800 m almost 2 min faster!
Any advice for people just getting started?
Try it – stick with it! Maybe a little pain, sore muscles at first – take Aleve but come back. It will get better quickly!
