So many great reasons to move your body. If you’ve been around us at Impact 3 for any length of time, then you’ve heard us talk about how movement, or lack thereof, can affect our brains/minds/mindsets/mental health. ALL OF IT. Anxiety level is one thing we’ve seen tremendous shifts in for ourselves, as business owners and coaches, as well as in hundreds of people we’ve coached. Movement is a REALLY BIG DEAL. It can save you so much anxiety.
It’s incredible how much a lifestyle shift can happen as a result of paying attention to how the dominoes fall – and sometimes the people who are “doing the best” with fitness are actually just the ones who recognize that taking a small step, even 5 minutes of light mobility on the floor or a quick walk around the block to break a light sweat, can change the course of the day.
