Then, with intention, you can set yourself up in a way that leads you to getting those feels and warm fuzzies more often – and eventually, daily.


How do you want to feel?

We all know there are days we just have to fight a little extra for it, and it won’t come “naturally” – much like motivation! Put the pieces into place so you don’t have to rely on motivation or the stars aligning ????????????.

Practice being:

And then, over time, you’ll be more:

So think about it – do you say “yes” too often? Practice flexibility with everyone else and ignore your own needs? (Yes, time for fitness IS a need!) Get too rigid about your plan and forget you have some wiggle room to adapt? Don’t be afraid to face this stuff and then do better so you can love on yourself, too!
