Consider re-thinking this in favor of a long-term strategy.
Crushing workouts can leave you feeling accomplished, but how about crushing your life – for the rest of your life?

… as Jonathan Goodman put it, “In five years, you won’t care whether you crushed your workout today or not. You’ll care that you showed up. Focus on being consistent. Fitness is a lifelong journey, not a 30-day challenge.”
💥
Not much needs added to that. We LOVE a hard workout and feeling accomplished, but focus first on showing up consistently. And focus on that, we’d even say, most of all. Stuff will come up, things parts will get “tweaked,” life will happen. Being consistent will take you so much farther than a crushing workout a few times a week for a few months.
Let your coach guide you in where to push and pull back. If you get one of these inevitable “tweaks,” don’t stop showing up. Movement is very likely going to be your best friend. Even smart strength training by a professional (that’s us) who is comfortable working with people from all physical backgrounds and limitations.
Over time, and with smart coaching, you’ll “learn yourself” and be able to keep with it over the very long-term. You truly can strength train your entire life. And THAT is where the magic happens. 🪄
