⭐ When your 5x/week gym time has to change …
⭐ When your intense focus on meeting macros has fizzled out …
⭐ When you feel burned out and can’t force yourself to do the hard things …
⭐ When you thought for sure you’d get a 5k PR but are nursing chronic injuries …
MOVE THE DIAL.

❓ Will it look different? Yes.
❓ Will it keep you going for the long term? Yes.
❓Is that where the magic happens, over the longer term? YES.
Take a few moments and consider what areas of life you could stop flipping from ON to OFF and instead think about progress on a continuum. What can you do to improve a little bit every day? Or even just some of the days?
