Take a few moments and consider ???? what areas of life you could stop flipping the switch from ON to OFF and instead think about progress on a continuum. What can you do to move the dial a little bit every day? Or some of the days?
And remember, “better” is, 99% of the time, the choice that’ll see longer-term results than “perfection” ever will.
