☕ Morning Ritual: While drinking your morning coffee, take 60-90 seconds to focus on your breathing and observe your thoughts.

???? Evening Routine: After brushing your teeth, take another minute to focus on your breathing and observe your thoughts.

You don’t have to do anything else. Just observe and notice. After nearly a quarter-century of coaching clients with seemingly simple strategies, we know that one small act can be a catalyst for significant changes. These changes can add up to the kind of life you desire.
