???? Recipe for Hydration: Sunny Citrus Flavored Water
Our superpowered version of the sugary “flavored water” you can find in stores is your soon-to-be favorite way to get in plenty of fluids, especially during the summer months. ???? (Bonus: You can get in some extra vitamin C and fluids during those drab winter months and get the health benefits then as well — and who doesn’t want a little more help with fighting those nasty bugs that like to surface when it’s cold? ????)
???? Ingredients:
- 2 bottles of carbonated water
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp of honey
???? Directions:
- Add the two bottles of carbonated water to a large pitcher.
- Cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze one half into the water. Slice the other half into wedges and add into the pitcher.
- Repeat step two with the orange and lemon.
- Add honey to the pitcher and ice if desired.
- Serve within a day.
Makes 4 servings (227 g/serving). 1 serving = 1 cup
