????In his first six weeks at Impact 3, Jason has lost 14.5# of body fat while gaining 1.5#. of muscle.

Jason’s ????️ keys ????️ to success were:
????️ Booking sessions and getting into the gym ➡️ consistently ⬅️. He said this drove better decisions all ???????? day ???????? long (????????????????).
????️ When he was traveling for work, he used his travel vacation workouts in our custom app ???? and stayed consistent.
????️ To get in a third strength workout each week, Jason added on our “access” membership to give him more flexibility. And he used it!
???? Jason learned from and followed recommendations in his custom nutrition handbook to identify certain foods that would be better suited to help him reach his goals.
???? He practiced eating the portion sizes that were customized to him.
???? If he wanted to enjoy a bigger meal, Jason would eat a little bit less the rest of the day and still stay within his calorie budget.
Jason is learning to plan but also make solid adjustments on the fly to move toward his goals AND enjoy his life. He is connected to his plan and the tools and resources to work the plan. He has done the simple things well – learn, execute, practice mindfulness with his new skills, and stay generally more active outside of the gym.
