8 Minute Audit – Sleep / Eat / Move / Manage

Get an overview of simple lifestyle factors via a quick audit you can perform just once a month.

When clients want to make sustainable changes, we audit four major areas of health for sustainability – we call these areas part of each client’s “deep health.”

SLEEPING – Are they getting enough and good enough quality sleep? Do they use screens? Do they have a nighttime routine or good “sleep hygiene?”

EATING – What are they eating? Portion sizes/total calories? How often are they eating?

MOVEMENT – How often are they moving? How? Are they doing strength training, cardio/conditioning? Getting in walking and regular activity outside of the gym?

MANAGING – How are they managing stress and the daily demands of life? What practices are they currently undertaking? Do they have an environment set up that is conducive to their lifestyle values and goals?

When we know some of these facts, we can also look for patterns and tendencies – often they become crystal clear just from having this short discussion – We talk about their satisfaction with and sustainability of practices, and how they feel about all of it — because that matters!

From here, we have the data we need to make a plan – and one that is data AND client-driven – for results.
