How do you put together ꗥ~ꗥ???? ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ꗥ~ꗥ – in AND out of the gym?

Moving toward a more active lifestyle — moving more — doesn’t exclusively have to take place in a gym. We recommend that on a weekly basis, you do:
-???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? 2-3x per week
-Cardio 1-2x/week – get your heart rate in the range of 60-70% of max – a conversational pace that you can hold, although it may be somewhat uncomfortable. Do this with variety – BW lunges, light KB swings, bike, rower, etc., and don’t just do higher impact movements such as running.
-Walk/bike/hike – as often as you can. Just being ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? in some of your weekend leisure activities or a 15-20 minute lunch break walk will do!
-Mobilize daily – ???????????????? your body through a full range of motion – yoga pilates, etc. – and this can be as simple as incorporating 5 minutes on the floor or focused on getting out of a seated desk position a few times a day).
-Play – ???????? ????????????????ℕ ???????? ℙ????????????????????????????! Be active doing what you like (dance, play with kids, throw a frisbee around when it’s nice out).
