But let’s talk about the scale’s mind games. (And, as I mentioned above, sometimes it even plays heart games.)

You’ve been “good” for a whole week, yet the scale did NOT do what it should have. Whyyyyyyyyy?

Your weight can fluctuate due to so many factors: ⁠

  • Sleep⁠
  • Menstrual cycle
  • Meal timing⁠
  • Stress⁠
  • Hydration ⁠
  • Workouts ⁠

It’s enough to make anyone’s head spin!

To keep things steady, try weighing yourself at the same time every morning (before breakfast) and in minimal clothing or consistent types of clothing from day-to-day.
